A woman aspiring to achieve the 'world's fattest vagina' opens up about her plastic surgery drawbacks.

The 'wannabe blow-up doll,' who goes by the name Mary Magdalene, revealed she recently battled complications due to the procedures.

According to Mary, intimate injections have caused her to swell up 'down there.'

During her latest surgery, the plumping procedure nearly cost Mary her life. She had to have two blood transfusions that left her feeling nauseous for a week.

But despite these life-threatening setbacks, she doesn't regret spending over $100K on her treatments. She added that she'd 'love to continue growing it through vagina injections.'

She revealed:

"It's a lot better than it was. However, I have complications with the fat, so I will need to keep getting vagina injections to even it out."

"I am worried about one side because it keeps growing. I think it's probably from the swelling. But the doctor told me not to worry. So I'm trying to relax."

However, she admitted she's not quite ready to unveil her private parts to the world yet.

The influencer insisted her new transformation has also given her a boost in 'bed,' improving her sex life.

She boasted:
